Terms of Use

Please read these terms carefully. They govern your use of the LSAI platform, marketplace, LSAI Studio, and all hosted services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the marketplace. By registering you confirm this. You must provide accurate registration information.
2. Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for your account security and all activity under it.
- Do not share credentials or create multiple accounts to circumvent limits.
- Report suspected unauthorized access to security@lightstruc.com.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: upload malicious assets, infringe intellectual property, create deceptive listings, manipulate reviews or download counts, distribute malware, circumvent rate limits, scrape user data, or abuse the marketplace economy.
4. Intellectual Property
- Sellers retain ownership of uploaded assets. You grant LSAI a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your asset for marketplace operations.
- Buyers receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. Reselling purchased assets is prohibited unless the seller explicitly permits it.
5. Marketplace Transactions
- All transactions use the platform's internal USD balance system.
- Sales are final unless the asset materially differs from its description (see Protection Policy).
- Platform fees are non-refundable: 25% Starter / 15% Pro / 8% Enterprise.
6. Subscription Tiers
- Pro ($29/mo) and Enterprise ($149/mo) fees are deducted monthly from your balance.
- Insufficient balance at billing time results in automatic downgrade to Starter.
- Tier fees are non-refundable once deducted.
7. Hosted Projects & Endpoints
- Sellers are responsible for all API costs (LLM inference, external services) incurred by hosted projects.
- All external endpoints must be published and admin-approved before serving production traffic.
- The platform may suspend endpoints or projects that violate rate limits or cause system instability.
8. Content Moderation
The platform may reject, remove, or suspend any listing or account that violates these terms. Moderation decisions may be appealed at support@lightstruc.com.
9. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is." LSAI is not liable for losses from hosted project failures, listing inaccuracies, third-party API outages, or data loss from user error.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. The platform may terminate accounts for policy violations. Data is purged within 30 days per the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
